3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: During an unload, this error is reported if the vacuum measured on the
unload cups is not above the "al uvt" threshold after a time of "aldly vac" after the cups are moved up.
Check the vacuum level with the "table" command. If it is okay, check the "aldly vac" delay. If the
vacuum reads low but the plate is held firmly, check the "set sat aoff 5" parameter - it should be around 0.

During an unload, this error is reported if the vacuum measured on the
unload cups is not above the "al uvt" threshold after a time of "aldly uvac" after the cups are moved up.
Check the vacuum level with the "uvac" command. If it is okay, check the "aldly uvac" delay. If the
vacuum reads low but the plate is held firmly, check the "set sat aoff 5" parameter - it should be around 0.

<Cause>
3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Incorrect vacuum reading.

3230/3244 Trendsetter Autoloader: Unload cups didn't extend.
</Cause>
<Cause>
3244 Platesetter: During an unload after the lec has been opened, this error is reported if the vacuum measured on
the unload cups is not above the uvac_threshold after the vacuum has been turned on,
plus a delay of uvac_delay, and, the roller raised, the load ramp untilted, the LEC opened (and the
roller is sensed 'up' or timed), and 2 X sensor_delay has expired.
</Cause>
<Cause>
3244 Plateseter: Not only is enough time allowed, but the threshold is checked many times and it is reported
if the vacuum is initially above threshold and later glitches below threshold. Also there is
mechanical movement during the time allowed for the vacuum to grab the plate with the intention
that this will rattle the plate in to contact the cups.

3244 Platesetter: Incorrect vacuum reading, torn cups.

<Cause>
3244 Platesetter: Curled plate didn't contact cups.
</Cause>
<Cause>
3244 Platesetter: Unload vacuum threshold wrong.
Problems have been experienced with the ADC and vacuum transducers,
a faulty ADC gives wrong reading at 35 deg C. UVT & PVT require recalibration if the
ambient temperature changes.

and a monotor warning is reported if the vacuum is initially above threshold and later
glitches below threshold. Also there is mechanical movement during the time allowed for
the vacuum to grab the plate with the intention that this will rattle the plate in to
